we need you!
You help us identify new prospects and close deals. From being present at the right trade shows, to setting up the prospect list and securing that first call to making the sale.
You’re tenacious but respectful, structured but flexible, strategic yet pragmatic. You are comfortable working with our typical customers: Large to medium CoffeeCos; IngredientCos & Retailers.
You listen and understand our customers’ needs, so you can help them get to the ideal solution they look for. You work with our product team to ensure our products fit customer needs.
What’s on the menu?
Set up a market map, a prospect list and a plan of approach
Own & manage the CRM tool and process, building out sequences in the engagement system
Build the tools, documents and workflows required for the different stages of the sales funnel
Together with the CEO you engage in initial conversations and you are the first contact for many customers
Follow-up with prospects: email, linkedIn, calls, with relevant, personal messages & content
You create relevant content for blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, coffee magazines, …
Close & negotiate win-win deals
Plan the annual calendar of trade shows, organize the presence and set-up
Input in the product development process based on your conversations with customers

The essential ingredients!
You have or can showcase:
A Master (preferred) degree, ideally with strong analytical background
Knowledge of prospect mapping, CRM management (tool to be selected), sales process management
Active listening skills, combined with good drive to persuasion
An analytical, structured & methodological way of thinking
Winner mindset, you are tenacious and never give up
Fluent & professional in English, other languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus
A constructive, open attitude, with strong curiosity and a desire to learn & improve
[Nice to have] Strong interest & knowledge of the coffee world, including certification
[Nice to have] Interest to leverage AI in the support of the sales process
What you can expect from us?

Contract type: Part-time 2/5 or 3/5 - Part-time or freelance contract

Competitive salary

20 days holidays + 12 additional days (ADV – Full time, to be adjusted depending on role timing)

Medium travel required of 30% - 6 days/month (trade fairs, customer visits, …) - TBD for part-time role
