we need you!
You’re our “go-to” person for all complex, organization defining matters that we somehow can’t manage to find time to. You’re the #2, in the non-toilet related sense. You have a strategic mindset and are looking to grow together with the business. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty in production, while also comfortable in a suit for a meeting with our financiers. You’re a generalist, or a specialist who hasn’t found their passion yet.
What’s on the menu?
Assist the CEO & CPO in strategy planning & organisation set-up
Guard the strategy of the business, and ensure alignment & communication
Manage high priority projects and key initiatives of diverse nature across the business
Lead AI adoption & integration across the different functions
Jump in wherever things are on fire within the company, you challenge the business continuously
You look to use your energy and wit to build something positive and with impact
The essential ingredients!
You have or can showcase:
A Master (preferred) degree, ideally with strong analytical background
An analytical, structured, strategic mindset –
methodologic way of thinking
Great communication skills – both listening
& communicating thoughts
You exhibit high ownership, energy & drive with a desire to understand and solve problems
A constructive, open attitude, with strong curiosity and a desire to learn & improve
Fluent & professional in English, other languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus
[Nice to have] Prior start-up or entrepreneurial experience
[Nice to have] Knowledge of business development & CRM management
[Nice to have] An active interest in AI & knowledge of AI tools
[Nice to have] Strong interest & knowledge of the coffee world, including certification
What you can expect from us?

Contract type: Full time | Permanent contract with 6 month trial period

Starting base salary €35k – €50k gross (Full time) + Net allowance, meal vouchers, healthcare plan

20 days holidays + 12 additional days (ADV – Full time)

Open, high pace and challenging environment where you energy is contributing to something meaningful.

Medium travel required of 30% - 6 days/month (trade fairs, customer visits, partner visits …)
